What comes to mind when you think of Venice? Canals and gondolas? Lighted boats in the evening and a delicious pasta dinner? Well guess what?
SRYC’s August event, August 10, gives you the best of both boating and eating, Italian style. The Pasta Extravaganza dinner is will be served from 6 to 8pm, followed by the Venetian Night boat parade at dusk. All are welcome! Price is $12.50 or 1 punch per person. RSVP here by August 5.

The Army Corps has just extended their construction schedule for this season. Daytime closures at Marseilles and Starved Rock lock will continue through September 10. The locks will be open from Sep 10 to Sep 21, then completely closed through October 5.
