The IRBBA membership will vote on revisions to the organization’s Constitution and Standing Rules at the upcoming fall meeting. The meeting will take place in Havana on November 7th.

Other items on the agenda include a discussion of plans for Winter Games and Miss Riverbottom. The meeting will be hosted by Havana Boat Club and begins at 11am.
