From over a week to just about an hour, SRYC’s Fleet Captain LeRoy Miller has a cruise for you!
The First Class Trip leaves from Miss Riverbottom in Peoria on Sunday, June 28, and stops in Havana, Grafton (two nights), back to Havana on July 2nd, and then on to Henry for the nights of July 3 and 4. Enjoy the fireworks in Henry and return home on Sunday, July 5th.
The Tourist Class Trip starts in downtown Peoria at Wharf Harbor Yacht Club on Sunday, June 28, then stops for two nights at East Port Marina, 2 nights at the Ivy Club, and joins up with the First Class cruisers for two nights in Henry over Independence Day weekend, July 3rd and 4th.
The Economy Class Trip leaves SRYC on Friday, July 3rd and travels to Henry for two nights, joining the other cruisers for 4th of July fireworks Saturday night. Return Sunday. This is a great option for boaters with limited time off!
… And finally, join us for a new event this year, the Summer Solstice Sunset Cruise, on Saturday evening, June 20th. Celebrate the longest day of the year with the shortest cruise of the year — a slow, lazy flotilla down to Starved Rock Lock and back, enjoying the sunset and marking the first official day of summer on our beautiful Illinois River. Depart around 7:30pm and join a relaxing parade of boats floating down to the dam.
