The SRYC fleet is lightly covered with snow as they weather this very cold winter season. When you are at the Club for the New Year’s membership meeting, take a few minutes to inspect your boat on dry dock. Make sure your cover or tarp is holding, as there has been high winds this winter that can easily loosen straps and bungees.
Of course, please keep safety in mind as you approach boats in dry dock. Under the snow may be ice; watch your footing.
